About the CSSA Leadership Institute Program
The CSSA Leadership Institute (CLI) is created for mid-level Student Affairs professionals to develop peer connections, explore emerging trends and best practices, advance leadership strategies, explore complex issues and provide a connection between CSSA leadership and Student Affairs leaders.
2026–27 Leadership Institute Update
The CSSA Leadership Institute (CLI) is offered on a rotating basis, and we will not be hosting a cohort during the 2026–27 academic year. We anticipate offering the Institute again in 2027–28 and will update this page as planning gets underway.
In the meantime, we're exploring an opportunity to offer a mini CLI experience as a breakout session at the upcoming Student Success & Retention Conference. Stay tuned for more details!
